Welcome to our new website! Information on our services, calendar of events, directions to our activity sites, and how to make a donation can be found here. After you explore our site a bit, I hope you will agree that CISC is a great organization, truly worthy of our support. That’s what keeps me coming to work each morning, knowing what a difference we make in the lives of others.

CISC offers a broad range of social, family, employment, education, and cultural programs to the Asian and other immigrant communities in King County. CISC was founded in 1972 by student volunteers to meet the needs of Chinese immigrants, particularly seniors. We have grown to become one of the area’s largest and most effective providers of referral and direct services to bilingual/bicultural individuals and families. In 2009, over 16,000 people took advantage of programs that ease and enrich the lives of youth, parents, and elders in the years immediately following immigration and well beyond.

Please feel free to contact me with any feedback. You can reach me at dorothyw@cisc-seattle.org.

Best regards,

Dorothy Wong

CISC Executive Director
